The editorial board of the scientific journal "South Ukrainian Law Journal" invites to the cooperation of doctors of sciences, candidates of sciences, young scientists (students, graduate students, applicants), as well as other persons who have or receive higher education and are engaged in scientific activity.

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS

To publish an article in the scientific journal "South Ukrainian Law Journal" No. 2/2024, May 31 (inclusive), send the following materials to the editor-in-chief: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

1) fill in an electronic certificate about the author;

2) the article;

After receiving confirmation from the editorial board that the article has been accepted, the requisites for the payment of the publication fee are provided:

3) it is mandatory to send a scanned receipt for payment of the publication of a scientific article.

 The publication cost is 1200 UAH (up to 12 pages inclusive).

Each additional page is paid separately in the amount of 50 UAH.

The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.

The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.

If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website after August 30, 2024.

Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it after September 30, 2024.

All articles will be assigned a DOI.

The editorial board reserves the right to review, edit, reduce and reject articles. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the facts, statistics and other information. The article presented by the author should be a product of his own idea. Plagiarism in various forms is not allowed. Use of works of other authors is possible only as a reference, citation, description, but not rewriting of the work, borrowing ideas. When using information from other works, a reference to the author, his work, publication, year, page is obligatory. Reprinting (reprinting) of the materials of the edition is allowed only with the permission of the author and the editor.

Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The volume of the article should be from 12 to 20 pages, including illustrations, tables, graphs, a list of sources used.

- margins upper and lower, left and right - 2.0 cm.

- line spacing - 1.5

- Times New Roman font - 14

- paragraph indentation - 0.5 cm.

- the text is justified in width.

References to the sources should be made in square brackets, indicating the page numbers according to the source. For example: [3, p. 234] or [2, p. 35; 8, p. 234].

The list of sources used is given at the end of the article in the order of references and should be drawn up in accordance with the existing standards of bibliographic description (see: developed in 2015 National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302: 2015 "Information and documentation. Bibliographic references. General provisions and rules of drafting".

The article should contain annotations and keywords in Ukrainian and English. The average volume of abstracts in Ukrainian and English languages are not less than 1800 printed characters.
